We are a small team digitalising business processes in manufacturing, warehousing and field service. We work with people whom software often hinders more than it helps - and we fix that.

Customer support

We are looking for someone to be the first point of contact for our customers: from questions about modules to problems that need untangling together with the development team.

What you will do

  • Answer customer questions by phone and email.
  • Log tickets and follow them through to a solution.
  • Onboard new users into our modules.
  • Carry feedback back to the people who build the product.

What we expect

  • Care when working with people.
  • An understanding of business processes.
  • An appetite for technology.
  • Experience in support or with ERP systems is a plus, not a requirement.
